how do I subscribe to threads

How do I subscirbe to threads I post in? I want to continue wtih conversations, but sometimes I forget where I posted and someone mentinoed soemthing about subscribed threads

At the top of the thread, find Thread Tools.

Hit the down arrow, find Subscribe.

Click.
