Hello all,

I'm new to AW and enjoying the loads of information. I wrote a picture book series last year that I would like to get published as a first-time writer. I've had a hard time deciding on which literary agents to send query letters to, so I thought joining AW would help me wade through that process. I also write short stories but have never had anyone other than friends read them. So I'm not certain if they are viable. Anyway, glad to be here and look forward to learning more.

If you go to the bottom of the page to the 'forum jump' you can scroll down and find all the areas of this place. After you post 50 posts you can use the SYW areas to get help there. The password for some of the areas is…..vista. A word to the wise, it would be a good idea to participate first in helping others before you think about posting your own work. After you have been around here for awhile, then post something of your own for help. Good luck.
