I've tried plugging it in to both my computer and wall charger and both don't charge it. My computer says that it "does not recognize the device". It's an Ipod Touch, 4th Gen, and is only a year old. This has never happened before. I googled it and it said to reset the Ipod by hold down the power button then turning it back on. I've done this numerous times throughout today and yesterday and nothing works. Help?
