e-mail signiture

I would. Unless it's an author's page with links to published stories or books, it doesn't add much to your credentials (as a fiction writer).

Just an opinion.

I use a yahoo add on called "Wise Stamp" which inserts images of my cover art and awards below each email. I do notice a reasonable increase in the quantity of review sites that select my releases and site visitors I get since I started appending these images. Whether this would apply to Agents/publishers I'm not sure of. I've growth very happy with my current publisher and have no plans to leave so never forward submissions elsewhere.
