There's a beta forum here for this sort of thing. If you just want to post a section for feedback, then you need to build a post count of 50 and post to Share Your Work (password: vista).

as ciya mentioned, there is a share your work section here. Another alternative is to head to the beta forum and try getting a beta or three.

Of the two, i prefer SYW because I get more datapoints, but a lot depends what sort of help you want--you can't put 80,000 words into syw. I just wantwed a few chapters, to make sure I wasn't completely off base, so it was a better fit for me, but you may want the full novel read.
