Arvo Basim Yayin, a Turkish publisher that has been aggressively approaching self-published authors with offers to buy Turkish-language rights to their books, has missed publication dates and apparently hasn't paid anyone.

This is exactly the type of thing I was referring to with respect to another publisher discussion (I forget which one right now). I've seen lesser publishers sell foreign rights to publishers who aren't mainstream, and those authors end up getting completely screwed. Awful stuff.
