Hello, everyone! I just joined and since I haven't had much luck finding agents or publishers for my two manuscripts on my own, I thought that this would be the best place to get a heads-up about things. I've already seen how insightful the Beware and Background Checks forum is (especially since I was ready to pay the New York Literary Agency money for their critique before being warned), and everyone here seems ready to lend a hand. I just want to extend a special thank you to the ones who made this place the wellspring of information it is. I don't feel quite so clueless about agencies and publishers now.
