Okay, I'll try and explain as quick as I can. I'm currently working on a short story of what will be between 6,000 - 8,000 words.
So, the beta-reader I need is someone who wouldn't mind - or even might like - to read and give me some feedback on my story as I write it. That way I can receive feedback quickly and you don't get bogged down by having too much to read at once.
It's something I'm hoping to get on the kindle store in time for Christmas Day. I figure people will be downloading lots of books on their e-readers they've received as gifts.
I'm not looking for any specific editing. Just analyze it however you feel comfortable. Grammar, spelling, even if you just want to say you think it's a good story (or bad) and tell me what works and doesn't. I'll be very grateful.
Anyway, on to the story synopsis.
It's about a death-row warden who is in charge of the execution of a particularly evil and sadistic inmate. After the execution the warden is possessed by the spirit of the deceased inmate.
I have the first installment ready to read for anyone who is interested. Second installment will be ready to read very, very soon.
