I posted my novella on All Romance, as a free read. Alas, I can't find any way to track how many people have downloaded since it doesn't count as a "sale." I know it is being downloaded since the "people who bought this bought xxx" list keeps changing, but all I have on my reports section is zero sales.

I emailed All Romance nearly a week ago, but no response as yet. Does anyone know a way of tracking free downloads on this vendor?

Thanks in advance.

 Hope you hear back from ARe soon. I will be publishing a free short on there soon and would like to know if there's a way to see that info.

Can't help you. Mine isn't free, but I also haven't gotten 1 sale there in the 6+ months it's been there.

Yikes. Have you checked how you come up in searches? I found if I switched from "contemporary romance" to just "romance," for example, I featured much higher. Although I should have featured on the contemp list to begin with, I just got...buried.

I hadn't really worried about it. I'll look into that, thanks.

ETA: To clarify, mine's a sweet, which I know aren't popular. It's openly free as a web novel, and it's selling some on Amazon, Apple, and Smashwords.

The only way you can find out how many downloads you get on your free titles there, is to send an email to Lori at All Romance and ask for a quarterly report unfortunately. I do very well there, but since December sales haven't been as good. But yeah, you don't get the privilege of knowing how many downloads you get which is kind of silly in my opinion. The only way you can *kind of* get an idea is to look at your list of books because I believe they are ordered from best to worst seller

Thanks. It is silly--I really don't understand why they don't list them for you.
