Being asked for a 3-5 page synopsis along with the full -- what goes into the synopsis?

An agent is asking for a full along with a 3-5 page synopsis after seeing the query and the first 10 pages. I've never had anyone ask for a synopsis along with the full and I don't have a 3-5 page synopsis (not even sure how to write one).

Any suggestions? Or any templates out there? Thanks!
