Formal Poetry Wanted

As the title suggests, I want your formal poetry.

I'm currently writing a book dedicated to verse form and would like too extend it to other poets on this forum. I'm looking for at least one piece in the forms listed below. I Can't offer payment, but I can offer a free copy of the finished book. Your piece must be previously unpublished and your own work (to avoid copyright issues and other problems). All credit will be given to the contributing poet -- your piece will not be critiqued, but may be deconstructed and/or analysed in order to illustrate how it was written. Simply provide a link to the poem, or PM it to me. I'll update the list regularly so check back if you don't see your favoured form:
