Hello everyone :)! I am currently working on a young adult fictional romance and would love a beta reader while I continue my journey. I'm new and am still working on making my writing better so just a word of precaution my dialogue might suck! I have about 6 chapters so far which are pretty short, 10k words total at the moment, 38 pages long.

-Description-
Evelyn has always been burdened by her lineage. Being a woman from the Bennett family line meant you were given great power but even that comes with a price. Her father abandoning her when she was young, the death of her older sister and now the love of her life leaves without a trace all because of what she is; a witch.
Trying to escape from the world that sees her as a threat, Evelyn takes refuge in the 1800's but finds that you can never escape your past and who you are born to be.

There's bound to be mistakes but I would love some feedback so far and suggestions.

Just a little note: when you say "YA romance" you don't need to say "fictional" - fictional is a given.

If you have trouble finding someone, you can post excerpts (first 1,000 words, first chapter, etc) on SYW under your genre (Young Adult). Might give you some helpful feedback.

Thanks, I wanted a reader though so I could have someone that's keeping track of the story line. Not really just for writing mistakes. I'll keep it in mind for later though.
Thanks again :)
