I've read most of the "Prey" novels and like most of them. The earlier ones were great but, like most series, they lost steam the more books Sanford published. (Once Lucas got married - yuck). I looked forward to seeing "Certain Prey" movie last night in spite of the fact that Mark Harmon is NOTHING like Lucas Davenport. I DVD'd it. Wellllll - I watched the first 25 minutes and quite. Yuck - who was behind this movie? The acting was horrid, I couldn't figure out what the heck was happening - I thought it was just awful.

Am I the only one?

I love the "Prey" novels, even the newer ones, though I'm enjoying the Virgil Flowers books more and more. I haven't seen the new one with Mark Harmon but I seem to remember seeing one of the Prey books made into a movie with Eric Lasalle from ER as Davenport. Anyone remember or see that one?
