A school fundraising company called Big Event Fundraising who are looking for bloggers to post a link to them on your blog/site. They have a budget for around $5 every six months per blog and would pay you twice a year up front once the links were inserted.

Keep in mind that if Google detected paid links for any reason they tend to zero out your page rank.

Also, that goes for both ends -- the site linked to in the paid links, and the site who put the links on their page.
