I know they did one with the Punisher Max series. Might have been a Garth Ennis edition, can't be sure.

Don't know of any series, but there are single edition purely graphic based novels out there.

Was one of the "Flight" collections of short pieces from a while back completely wordless? It's been a while since I looked at it, but I don't remember the stories being very verbose.

I've just come across a Geoff Darrow strip about a character fishing - hyper-detailed (as usual) and wordless. Not sure if it has been collected or not with his other material, but he's one artist who doesn't need words...

Finished "reading" (looking at? experiencing?) The Arrival by Shaun Tan and is was absolutely amazing.

It's lovely indeed. Luv the guy's artwork!

Shaun Tan was one of the winners of the "ILLUSTRATORS of the Future" contests (see thread elsewhere here on AW) several years ago ... and this last year he won an OSCAR for the animated short movie based on his book THE LOST THING.
