Dude.

That question is answered in the PM every new member receives, it's got its own sticky in the main SYW area, and there's an FAQ about it, too.

Reading your screen really will help you, here. I promise.

My apologies. New to all this and didn't even know how to view private messages until recently. Thanks for the help.

That's cook Frederick. I was new once. I think.

Word of advice? No racing to 50 posts with meaningless one-liners, okay? The occasional post like that is fine, but it's not fine if they're all like that.

Maryn, big fan of stickies, except on the kitchen counter

Every time somebody reads the stickies, an angel gets its wings.

Every time you read and FAQ, Medi gets a little warm glow in the heart area and is allowed a snifter of mead.

So, read the FAQs. Not for the children, but for Medi.

I have a funny reply to that.

But I think I'll keep it to myself.

I like reading FAQ's. Maybe I'm weird, but I head for them every time I join a site. And, luckily, this one is well written. (Yes, I'm sucking up.)

I lurk for about a month, read a bunch of FAQ's, etc... and old threads, then I join. So, in reality, I've been here since October 2010.

*sigh* Here's another post toward the"50" requirement before I can actually create a thread in the SYW forum. 40 more to go :)

Hey, you're getting involved. Communicating with new people and you've already seen that you aren't alone in your quest for publication.

Thank you for getting involved, instead of just trying to run up a post count, giving and not just hoping to take.

Way to go!

(And now, you have an excuse to post up a "you're welcome" and add one more.
:)
