I'm 23 years old, majoring in linguistics, and I'm writing a novel. It's probably not gonna be a terribly good novel, but it's mine, so I like it, and it's a story that just wanted to be told, so I guess I might as well let it out, right?
I have to my name one single writing credit, and that is as the sole author of a very short supplement for a roleplaying game. Still, it's something.
I'm hoping to get published and earn some money on it, of course, but I'm not placing any bets on it. Still, if I don't even try, there's no chance, right?
So, anyway, I got shunted in the direction of this place by my girlfriend, who also posts here, and is a total geek like me.
