Thick Blue Title Lines do not always show on board.

Ok, apparently depending upon how you enter this site, the thick blue with white lettering lines do not always show for people to discern which section is which. Now i can see them, however the entire section that should be Share Your Work, if that is a dark thick blue background labled section, is not visable what so ever on the page i'm viewing in my other tab. Could this be Google Chrome's problem?

If you opened two tabs before logging in, only the tab you used to log in will show all. Otherwise, it is likely due to stale cache files and/or cookies. Try refreshing the odd one (F5) -- and if it doesn't respond to that, do a "hard refresh" (Ctrl+F5).

That's a local issue, with your browser; clear your cache, and refresh the page.
