Manuscript question

If your book has sections (such as Part 1, Part 2; not the chapters) how do you write it into the manuscript?

Do you leave an entire page with nothing but Part X written on it?

How would I do this?

I'd treat it as just another chapter break, but with the additional PART X info above the chapter number. As long as you're consistent and clear, I don't think there's any rigid rule about it, and, being simple, I try to err on the side of simplicity.
