Tales of Old is a weekly audio magazine (podcast) dedicated to historical fiction short stories. Submission guidelines are listed on the website. Listen to a few stories to get the feel of what we are looking for.

I've sent a story though I think it's not quite the editor's style but you never know. Some interesting stories to listen to.
