Almost any of the flash or very short fiction by Fredric Brown, Robert Sheckley, Robert Silverberg and Roger Zelazny. I grew up on the stuff and their short stories are largely responsible for shaping my love of the SF/F genre.
Some great examples would be "Naturally" by Brown and
"Audo-da-fe" by Zelazny.
I'm a fan of Joe Lansdale's weird/humorous stories in that length. Some memorable ones are Fish Night, My Dead Dog Bobby, and Godzilla's 12 Step Program.
