Anyone else seen this French zombie film? I watched it over the weekend and laughed a lot. It's completely ridiculous in an over the top way, but as it's played straight, it works well.

If you haven't seen REC and REC 2, do so. It's serious zombie horror, not comic, but also very good.

Thanks for the belly laugh. If someone had asked me to come up with a silly and stereotypical name for a French Zombie movie, La Horde, would definitely have been on my list.

Definitely see it. Like I said, it's played straight so it works. Probably not one to watch while you eat, though.

Got La Horde on my Netflix queue. I enjoyed both Rec and the American version, Quarantine. Got Rec 2 on the queue, although I understand it's not considered as good as the first movie.

REC 2 was great. It expands on some of the plotlines from the first film and answers a few questions.
