Can you recommend urban exploration guide book?

I decided to ask question in this forum. I want to know or see about urban exploration. It features decaying city, abandoned place and dark side, which is covered by bright side of city. Urban fantasy is story of urban because most story happen in it. I think knowing these forgotten place can help to write urban stories. It will give place and world. I can search it in google but it had much information that hard to find good guide. I don’t know about urban exploration. Do you know urban exploration book or guide which explain exploration culture easily?

I don't know about a guide book, but there is a discussion forum called 28 Days Later, where urban explorers post pictures of places they've got into, including derelict buildings, tunnels, and so on. There's even a section that recommends what to pack for a holiday down the Paris sewers!
