Universe - universal. Galaxy- ???

I need to know how to... conjugate? adjectivate? adverbalize? Whatever, I need a word based on "galaxy" that fits the "universe - universal" pattern. It can be made up. It's fantasy, so inventing words wholesale is practically required.

All I'm coming up with is galaxial, and that sound like a used spaceship part.
