Not sure if this has been asked before and I might be posting it in the wrong place but I cant seem to find anything, how do you track your email options.

For editing your email address: User CP-->Edit Your Details--Email and Password

OR (does the same thing)

User CP-->Settings and Options-->Edit Email and Password

Setting for receive AW email from members, etc.:

User CP-->Edit Options-->Messaging and Notification
