I'm only on 16,000 words of my WiP, which would fit the whole unresolved romance ending perfectly - grrrr! There is now way I'd be able to finish it, polish it etc in time

Plus I'm in England, so I probably wouldn't be accepted anyway (Do American agents take on English manuscripts?)

Lady A, this is a publisher not an agent so I don't think it makes as big a difference which country the author calls home. Pity you're not closer to being finished!

Erin, you reminded me to ask people who sub to followup and post their results here. I subbed to an open call from him April of last year and never heard anything, and wondered if he's improved his response time.
