I'm also still trying to learn how to work this site, so any tips or advice would be much appreciated.

Heads up. I fail at spelling. Just so you know.

How on earth do you go in and change that part that says "New fish; Learning about Thick Skin" because i certainly didn't choose that to go with my picture.

at the top of Forum pages. They are your best guide to learning about
Absolute Write.

50 posts. So take some time to greet fellow newbies, critique other members’

To change your user title, Click User CP. There are menus of the left hand side of the screen, Click Edit Details

Hi, welcome!

I'm relatively new, but I do have a tip for you!

Maybe this is obvious to everyone else, but i'm not all that into forums, so it was a big help when I realized that i should subscribe to threads. You don't have to get the annoying email notifications, then you can check in on anything you posted in by going to your Control Panel 'User CP' and see all the threads you subscribed to.

anyway, it helped me a lot
