Hello everyone!
I've been reading your forum for a few days and decided to join. I am totally new to writing so, hopefully, I won't embarrass myself!
A little about me...not much to get excited about but here goes.....
I'm a stay at home wife with a retired husband and 3 little dogs. We'll be married 30 years this December, we like to travel and also enjoy estate sales and auctions.
About 25 years ago I had a strange dream and woke up laughing, told my husband about it, he thought it would make a good children's/family book so I put it on paper. I sent it to a magazine for a contest and they sent it back...said it wasn't what they were looking for at that particular time. So, it went in a drawer.....now, 25 years later I got it out and re-read, edited and re-wrote the entire story and I like it even better than before!
But.....now what??
And that's why I'm here..........
I have a lot to learn and a lot to read so......I'm off to the forums. Hope to 'meet' you all soon!
