Anyone else use FiveSprockets? Ideas for other free alternatives?

I used it for my first full length and was pretty impressed. But it was difficult to transfer the formatting over to a word doc. I also have a feeling the formatting is not quite up to regulation.

Thoughts? Ideas for other free alternatives?
