Hi All - I just had a very positive experience participating in a "pitchfest" at a relatively new site called PitchUniversity.com. Diane Holmes runs the site. It offers a lot of helpful articles on the art of pitching, plus the opportunity every few weeks to pitch books via video (and written queries) to agents, who then give feed-back. Sometimes the agents then request manuscripts. The agent didn't request mine, but I felt like I learned a hell of a lot by reading the agent's feed-back on everyone's pitches (and queries).
