Congratulations, Joe! Exciting time for you. Her advice that being reviewed by the big timers (no matter what the results) is far better than not being reviewed at all, is on the mark.

There's a saying that a wonderful review in the right place can sell 100,000 copies of your book, and that a horrible review in the same place can sell 90,000 copies.

A great many people remember the title of a book from a review, but don;t remember whether or not the review was a good one.

Great question, Joe! I love reading her journal already. Fun to "meet" someone else who reads there.

(I see she did answer my question and, man, is she busy! Wow! She has a lot on the go!)
