Hey there! LiquidPains here, but please, call me Lola. (My username is a play on my nom de plume, which just happens to be Lola Waters. Aren't I clever?) My real name is Lauren. I'm nineteen, female, pansexual, and from New Jersey, USA.
Creative writing is my passion. Writing has helped me get through a lot of rough times in my life, and for that, I feel I owe it quite a bit of thanks. I first met my muse, Charlotte, in the sixth grade, and ever since, we've been the best of friends. Of course, things get chaotic between her and I at times, as I'm sure it does with most muses, but she's always there for me at the end of the day... unless she isn't. Currently, she's on one of her extended vacations, but I'm trying to coax her back into my life. Hopefully this community can help me convince her to give me another shot.
In addition to writing, I'm into photography, digital music production, playing the bass/sax/guitar/singing, horseback riding, video games, roleplaying, and piercings/tattoos. (For anyone who was curious, I have ten piercings and five tattoos. I'm done with getting impaled by needles, but I'm definitely going to get more ink in the future.) - My avatar is a cropped version of a photo I took of beads in a shot glass.
- I used to be into dyeing my hair a variety of colors—my favorite color dye to use was pink—but I'm trying to stop doing that because it fries my hair. I do miss it, though.
- My three musical guilty pleasures are Fall Out Boy, Jonas Brothers, and Usher.
