hmmmm....here?!
I'm new so hang with me if I misuse terminology--please correct me when I do.

I'm working on a story that includes a M/F/M ménage but I would also like to see how other writers have handled the intricacies of this type of relationship. I don't want it to become a sandwich with her in the middle all the time. It's a triangle with all sides being equals. It's as likely to be her encouraging the two men while still being a part of the action.

I know someone has had to have written something along these lines. Please point me to author, specific story/book, etc. I'm here to learn.

Hmm. I've got half a dozen m/f/m books on my "books I loved" list, but as far as I know they are all reverse harem, no romance or sex between the males. I'd prefer the relationship to be equal all three ways but I haven't come across a lot of books like that. I'll check again and get back to you.

I've got a story of my own outlined that's sort of what you describe, but I invented a 3-gender race where all three are needed to conceive a child and a triad is considered an ideal marriage, so it's not exactly m/m/f and there are less jealousy issues. I didn't really have a problem making the sex feel balanced (in the outline) due to the fact that each pair gets to have sex while the third person is absent at least once in the story. I figured one or two sex scenes with all three in the bed was plenty. *shrug*

Thanks. Leave it to me to come up with a rarer variety of menage.

The 3-gender race sounds fascinating. I'll check with my characters to see what they think about trying a pair scene. They are a stubborn lot though...

Rawiya,

You're name is so unique I'm not sure if you're the Rawiya I know through a blog called Erotica can be Fantasy or Real -- if you are the one and same - howdy! If not, then howdy anyway and forgive my faux pas. ;)

I'd recommend checking out Menage by Emma Holly. She does an excellent job of portraying a great m/f/m relationship that later evolves into a m/f. And it starts as m/m in the first chapter.

If I think of any others I'll let you know, but that title is one I come back to again and again. She's one of the masters in the craft.
