Very people here have critiqued the stuff I've posted in the share your work section on this site. But, someone here did recommend a site called Critique Circle to me. I just submitted my request to join, so I don't know if it's any good or not. Other than that, I have the same question as you.

I'm interested in forming an online circle. I enjoy critiquing, and would love to work with other people who want to help each other. Email me if you are interested.
Buy loads of ink and a ream or two of paper, print out your work and give it to your 3 or 5 best friends (numbers which work just fine for me, at least) and wait. Regular (but NOT constant) phone calls to shoo along the slower, non-bookworm readers are allowed within reason.
