Brand new here. I'm a screenwriter with a bunch of credits who kind of got tired of seeing OTHER people make the big dough on my scripts. I decided to take an old unproduced spec screenplay of mine and turn it into an ebook. I'm new to the publishing world, so it'll take some time to get the word out there. Here's the ink on ebook debut:

From screenwriter Eric Spudic comes his first ebook, "Teenage Vigilante". It concerns an 18-year old man who takes on a gang of Vietnam vets who have slaughtered his family. He traded in his diploma for a 12-gauge!

Only $3. It's an action/thriller. The style is a bit different for this. It's part novel, part screenplay, and part comic book. Very unique! Now available:

Welcome and good luck with your transition. There's a few people on here with some knowledge about e-books and probably quite a few who share your gripes about screenwriting!

Hi, Eric. Welcome!

If you have time to contribute to the screenwriting forum and SYW, they'll probably bite your hand off!

Greetings and welcome to the watercooler :welcome:

Take a wander around the various forums, there's lots to see and lots to learn, and even some fun threads too. Come along and pop on over to the Newbie Pub (at the top of the Newbie forum) and say hi, there's plenty of friendly faces that you can chat with and lots of banter. There's also the Question of the Day threads at the top of the Newbie forum where you can answer random questions.

Don't forget to read the newbie guide, and if you want to know what all the buttons mean check out this thread.

Welcome to AW. Hope you enjoy your stay with us.
How do you like your popcorn?

If you go to the bottom of the page to the ‘forum jump’ you can scroll down and find all the areas of this place. Most of the SYW areas require the password of ….vista. A word to the wise, (50 posts), it would be a good idea to participate first in helping others before you think about posting your own work. After you have been around here for awhile, then post something of your own for help. Good luck.

Very cool! I'm currently working on my first eBook as a way to get my feet wet. I'm hoping to draw from the experienced authors here to make it a bit less stressful!

Welcome Eric! I'm a screenwriter as well so I look forward to hearing about your transition into Ebook publishing. Good luck.
