I've been hanging around writing forums for several years now. But, it was only recently that I ran across a truly amazing e-magazine called Writer's Beat Quarterly. It's a feature of Writer'sBeat.com and is an example of how an e-publication can be as good, if not better, than some of those things we see on newsstands. And, it's free!!!!!
