I've been lurking for a little while--mostly shamelessly stealing tips on grammar (and beginning to realise that the formal grounding I received in school was in no way adequate. Eek.) and soaking up the fabulous advice about worries so eerily close to my own--and I thought it was well time that I stopped being so creepy. Having--sort of--cut my teeth on RPG writing games and no doubt picked up a gazillion bad habits, I've decided that it's time to try my hand at an actual novel-sized thing. I write--or at least attempt to write--YA novels with a healthy sized sprinkling of sci-fi, fantasy and the paranormal. I also abuse hyphens.
