Hello All,

I am looking for people to honestly critique my first chapter of a novel I had worming around my head for several years. Its about 9000 words and would like some feedback. It can be general or detailed. This is my first attempt at writing so hopefully its not too horrendous. Hopefully the structure and pace is ok. Its mainly about wizards and the MC does not show up much in the first chapter. It more of back ground story of how he got to where he will eventually grow up. There is action in the first chapter but most of it happens in the last 3 pages. I did my writing in MS word. If anyone is interested, let me know and I will forward to you.

I will give it a go, send it to me at [email protected]. I am not good at line by line, but hopefully can point out any big snafus. You really need to get your post count up to 50 so you can post on SYW. That is the best way to get feedback.
