Jack Ketchum-like shorts

I have a couple handfuls of short stories I've written that I want to submit to magazines. The stories fall into the same category as Jack Ketchum's style. If you've ever read "Peacable Kingdom" by Ketchum, you'll have an idea of what I'm talking about. Some of it is quite graphic and controversial. Do you recommend any magazine I can submit these types of stories to?

There is a "where-can-I-send-this-story" buried somewhere in either the basic writing questions or the short story forum. You might give a tad more plot and try it there to get more responses.

CG, are you familiar with Duotrope (http://www.duotrope.com/controlpanel.aspx)? If not, check it out. You can narrow down your search a lot by using them.

BTW, Ketchum is one of my two favorite horror authors, and I loved "Peacable Kingdom." If your writing even approaches that level, I'd really look forward to reading it.
