I don't have a huge list of markets. Try googling submissions or guidelines, stories and whatever words best describe your work - romance, women, relationships. Maybe that'll help. If your stories are or can be adapted to an English setting, maybe People's Friend. I've heard someone here mention Woman's World, I think American. Maybe some Christian magazines. It does depend on your type of story, if it croses genre, mystery or horror magazines might be interested. Would Bella Online help as a starting point?

Woman's World does indeed use romantic fiction so there's a possible market and the pay is pretty good.

I've been in True Romance,though in my case, it's a true story. They take about six to eight months to respond by email if they want your work. Still trying for Woman's World which I think wants mss at 1,100 wds. If you age the characters, you can aim for some of the "Senior" mags like Alive! , Mature Living.... Check all their web sites or Google them.

What I wish is that there was a magazine for "lighter" (lacking a better term) and/or cozy mysteries, along the lines of Sharyn McCrumb or Mott Davison or M.C.Beaton. My characters don't swill scotch or smoke cigars.
