DS people--a little help?

So... I've apparently been banned from the DS forums. Why? I have no idea. I've never said anything controversial, I've never cursed. No one informed me that I was being banned. But no one can see my posts, and PMs to and from me don't seem to work.

It wouldn't be such a huge deal, but this means that I can't get help on the title clarification forum, and I can't post questions in the Title QA forum. (I'm one of the new QA people.)

I also can't PM any of the moderators for help--they simply don't receive messages from me.

I submitted a ticket to the help desk, and I tracked down an email address for one of the moderators (and felt like a total creepy stalker for it), but so far no response from anyone.

Would any of you be willing to PM a moderator on my behalf? I just want to know if this is some kind of mistake, or if someone did this on purpose--and why. I hate to ask, but I don't know what else to do at this point. It's been going on for almost a month now at least.

My forum name over there is CarrieBeth (it used to be CarolinePJ).

Thanks, Stephanie and Lauren. I'm going to try emailing the help desk again if I don't hear anything tomorrow. It's the weirdest thing! It's like being a ghost. I can see everyone else, I can even respond, but no one can see me.

And still nothing. It's really frustrating, especially when I go to the forums and see threads where people flame the heck out of each other and say things I'd never dream of saying. Yet those people are still there, and I can't even use the title clarification forum.
