New iPad Clones with Android 2.2 / Windows 7

Just released in SZ (China). New iPad clones run Android 2.2 / Windows 7 with "decent" hardware equal to iPad, supporting Flash 10.1 and HDMI interface.

8" Android 2.2 aPad - 1GHz Cortex A8 Processor - 512MB DDR2

10.1" Windows 7 ePad - 1.66GHz Atom N455 - 2GB DDR3 - 32GB SSD

Any reviews, discussion on those? I have laid my money down and waiting for the courier to show up. Been burnt before and not holding my breath, but as an ebook reader and wifi surfer?

Interesting. Windows 7 is tablet and surface ready. I have it on my tablet PC and love it. The specs on the Android one are similar to my G1 which is comparable to the Iphone.

I'd suggest getting an external drive for the W7 one. Captivative touch is fun but not as useful as resistive in creation. So I'm not sure how well the writing panel will work. (W7 has a software keyboard and a writing panel. Mean I can write in it and will convert it to text.)
