I enjoy coming up with a good last line. As difficult as it can be, I don't think I've written anything as crap as some of those.

I remember groaning at the end of (500) Days of Summer, and otherwise excellent romantic comedy. The ending and the cheesy name are just too much.
Such last lines as the one in the Bond film are supposed to make you groan. That's the entire point of the line, and nearly every Bond film I can think of does the same thing.
The other examples aren't very good lines, but the Bond line does exactly what it was meant to do, and is a long established method of ending Bond films.

agree with James; Bond films do have their tongue firmly in cheek. Unless you thought names like Pussy Galore were the most serendipitous bit of irony imaginable, well, you know Bond films had their share of intentional groans....
