Everything was by e-mail. It was still a quick response, less than an hour. She was the one I was most doubtful of since she'd made some negative comments about vampires.

I could theoretically change the word vampire throughout my story and nobody would be any wiser, that's how un-vampiric they are! I thought it was worth a shot.

I don't want to change them though, it makes them more funny.
