Hey all.

I extended the deadline for the vote. We have less than 20 votes so far and many from outside this room.

Many of the entrants in the competition have critiqued your works time and time again and these guys worked hard for this, so don't let them down.

I expect the very least for all members who come here to the screenwriting room to participate. Sure it's nice to have all of AW vote, but you guys are in the same field.

We now return you to your regularly scheduled program.

Peace.

I've got all the entrys printed out (I prefer that to reading on the screen) and am reading them one by one. I'm glad the voting deadline was extended however.

One comment: it's a little harder to read the first ten pages of thirteen screenplays than one 130 page screenplay. I have to take a little "breather" after I read one entry before moving on to the next. Maybe that's just me; anyway, it slows me down a bit.

Hopefully, others will read the entrys and vote.

That's understandable. I'd rather votees take their time and read through them carefully before making their choice, (even though I'm as impatient as the next.) It's a lot to take in. There's thirteen scripts, with different plots, different character, different genres. It's probally hard to keep everything straight. After I got done reading one, I'd write down the title and a little note to keep myself on track. It was a tough choice. A lot of good scripts. Good job everyone! Hopefully we'll get some votes in here. :)

I had plenty of time and as soon as the posting came up I got barraged with work and meetings. Go figure.

I read one of them but it is a lot of pages to read and remember. Hopefully I can get to them all by next weekend.

Round 2 sounds easier for the voters.

Any chance of getting an early results to see how we're standing?

Everyone on this board has been really helpful to me, though there's a lot of stuff I have to deal with at the moment, so I haven't even read a single entry, and probably won't until the deadline is way past.

Just a formal appology to those who spent their time writing up their scripts.
