Can anybody point me to the most current academic book on Roman Britain? All I have is Leslie Alcock and John Morris....?

I'm not really familiar with the historiography for that period, but these two books are more recent than Morris and Alcock.

I just ran across a new title.
Robin Fleming, Britain After Rome: The Fall and Rise, 400 to 1070 (2010).

Be careful and check when a book was released. Recent discoveries bring the Saxon invasion into question. A lot points to it not being a full-scale invasion. It would affect who 'attacked' Roman Britain and how they and the Brits would respond.
