Who are the squirrels?

I hope this is the right place for this question. I keep seeing people make reference to "the squirrels." I haven't seen anyone named squirrel, but I have ascertained that when the squirrels get a hold of things, it is a bad thing. Not really an important question but I keep waiting for a furry rodent to jump from my computer screen and throw nuts at me.

More like trial by fire. Go put a query up in Query Letter Hell and they will come. They will attack. They will shred. They will bring bazookas (JClarkDawe has proof!)

Those still standing when their pride is little more than bloody strips of broken dreams lying at their feet will persevere. Those who can't withstand the furry fiends find out fast that they need a tougher hide to survive the query process.

They can be nasty in the query hell, and I got my queries BASHED and I was disapointed until I got 3 manuscript requests on that query that they said I need to rework. Guess agents and squirrels don't think much alike...:O lols!

You simply go to QLH and start critting (which will help you learn to crit your own query before it gets to QLH, I promise)
