character names in caps?

Hi all,

i was wondering in describing a panel, are you supposed to put the character's names in caps? thanks

Capitalized yes, but I wouldn't do it in all caps. That would be like shouting the character's name every time someone says it.

I usually write character names as "NAME" in panel descriptions, and "Name" in dialogue. That's just personal preference, though.

This is the way I've always done it this way in in both Comic and Screenplay scripts.

This is the question what I also wanted to ask. But I also want to ask; what about the words in bold? What should I take into bold?

Here is a panel what I almost finished, but I don't know the dialogue part is correct or not. This one is holding words in bold and also two names.

Is this approach good or should I change something in the dialogue part?

The first time a chracter's name appears, I put it in all caps to draw the artists attention. After that, I just write it normally.
