I just had a story accepted in an anthology. As part of the promotion the publisher has schedule an interview with the editor on a podcast. I just got an email saying that I could call in if I wanted to help promote the book.
The anthology had a flat pay rate .01/word and no royalties. So I would not make any more money, but calling might generate more interest in my story. Do you think it is worth an hour of my time and all the stressing out I will do about having to speak in public?
