As I'm finding out, having a home/web page up not only produces some interesting results, but is also a great way to network with others in the business (and not just other writers) - not to mention perhaps getting your name and work noticed.

It's sure been worth the time it took for me to do it.

Me, forget anything that's FREE? Never! http://absolutewrite.com/forums/images/icons/icon7.gif Must have been a senior moment. My ISP gives me 5MB - FREE (Oh, how I love that word). Joe I think gets 8!

That's 8 for me on each account and I can have four. So, that's 32 megs of space I can have for a website. To put things in perspective, my site takes up less than half a meg right now.

Mine would take up a little more than that without the whistles and bells. The background picture, the other one and the "welcome" almost double the size.

have you changed your site since last i looked? seemed to me it had a tan b.g.. did i hear 'baby' when i checked it out?

Yeah, I did a drastic overhaul on it the other day. Oh, and you heard, "Welcome," when you looked. At least I hope you did.
